Sectional Times

Moved we write to HRV with regard consistency in sectional times and lead times.

Swabbing Procedures

Secretary to arrange a meeting with the Chairman of Stewards to discuss problems with swabbing procedures. Items to be raised include the issue with chain of custody and the independent analysis of positive swabs.

Dual Meetings.

Moved we write to HRV regarding the treatment of harness horses at dual codes meetings.

Trainers & Drivers Barbeques

It was agreed to have a trainers & drivers barbeque on Redwood Day.

Bonus Races

Moved we investigate the introduction of bonus races for Trainers & Drivers in similar format to the VOA bonus races.

Security

Moved we write to HRV regarding the security in the parade ring and under the tunnel at M.Valley

Heats & Finals

Moved we write to HRV suggesting that all heats and finals should have at least a trophy on them and finals should have a minimum additional stake on them.

Dress Code

Moved that a dress code should be in place at all M.Valley meetings.
